How It Works

Getting a blood test with us is simple — no GP referral, no long wait, and someone to guide you through it.

  1. 1

Choose your test — or just ask.

Browse our tests and prices, or get in touch and tell us what's on your mind. Not sure what you need? We'll help you choose the right one.

  2. 2

    Book a specific time.

No queuing, no waiting rooms — your appointment is reserved just for you, at one of our locations or in the comfort of your own home. Next-day appointments are usually available. All appointments are booked for a specific time; we don't offer walk-in appointments.

  3. 3

Come in for your blood draw.

A quick, careful venous sample, taken by hand by our experienced team. You're in and out in minutes.

  4. 4

Get your results — and understand them.

Your sample is analysed in an accredited London laboratory, with results in 2–5 working days. Every result comes with a written GP report explaining what it means and what to do next — yours to keep and take to any doctor.

  • No GP referral needed
  • Results in the reference ranges your GP recognises
  • A real person to talk to

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to fast before my test?

Yes — most of our tests require fasting, so a morning appointment usually works best. If you'd prefer an afternoon appointment, please contact us first and we'll talk you through the requirements for your specific tests.

Do I need a GP referral?

No. You can book any test directly with us — no referral needed. If you're not sure which test is right, just ask and we'll help you choose.

When and how will I get my results?

Most results are ready in 2–5 working days; specialist, allergy and genetic tests may take longer. Every result comes with a written GP report explaining what it means and what to do next.

How does payment work?

Our prices are fully inclusive — the blood draw, laboratory analysis and written GP report are all included, with no hidden fees. Payment is arranged when you book.

Can I just walk in?

No — every appointment is booked in advance for a specific time, so you won't queue or sit in a waiting room. Next-day appointments are usually available.

Can I combine several tests?

Yes. Booking one or two individual tests together is priced normally. For three or more individual tests combined into one bespoke panel, contact us for a quote — we'll price it for you and do it all in a single visit.
